Refund Policy

Returns

We are unable to accept items sent back without a prior return request. Please initiate a return request before sending any items back. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact us before your order has been shipped. If the package has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it at your own expense in order to receive a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are not reimbursed.

Broken or Damaged Products

If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please allow some additional time for it to appear in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, the delivery timeframe for the replacement product will vary depending on your location.

Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Shipping Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please be aware of the following:

  • Within 2 hours of purchase: Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update your address or arrange for reshipping if needed.
  • After 2 hours of purchase: We cannot guarantee that address changes can be applied, and we will be unable to issue a refund in connection with address-related delivery issues.
